Draft pending legal review. This text describes how the site works today and is not legal advice. It must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.
What this site collects
The consultation form on the contact page asks for your name, email address, phone number, project type, project location, an optional budget range and a project description. That information is sent by email to General Contractors Denver so we can respond to your request.
The form also records how long the page was open before submission and a hidden field used to filter automated spam. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What this site does not do
This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies at the time of writing. It does not sell personal information.
Third parties
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes requests to protect and speed up the site. On the service area page, an interactive Google Map loads only if you choose to load it; Google then receives your request under its own privacy policy. Fonts and images are served from this site.
How long information is kept
Form submissions are kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship and any legally required period afterward.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact page.
